The Appliance Repair Men are a technician-led appliance repair company based in Homestead. The person who tests your appliance is the person who repairs it.

That sounds like a small thing and it is not. A great deal of appliance repair is arranged the other way around: a call center takes the booking, a subcontractor is dispatched, and nobody in the chain carries the consequence of a wrong answer. We kept it simple instead. A short list of brands we genuinely know, a service area we can reach quickly, and technicians who explain what they found rather than handing over a part number.

Working out of Homestead shapes the company more than any decision we have made.
