The drum turns but there is no heat
On electric, a failed heating element or a thermal cut-off that has opened, and the cut-off almost never opens without a reason worth finding. On gas, a weak igniter or a coil set that no longer holds the valve open.

Clothes take two or three cycles to dry
Restricted airflow, nine times in ten. A long, crushed or lint-packed vent run is the single most common issue we find in south Miami-Dade homes, and it is also a fire risk.

How long should a dryer last?
