Seven cities across south Miami-Dade County, with the same pricing, the same warranty and the same arrival windows in all of them.

Our base is Homestead, and the routes run north from there. That geography is the reason same day appointments are realistic here rather than aspirational: Florida City is minutes away, and Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami and Kendall sit along a single corridor rather than scattered across a metro area.

The cities are not interchangeable, and the pages below say how they differ. Housing age, water supply and how kitchens were built change what fails and how often. A Pinecrest kitchen full of integrated refrigeration and a plumbed coffee machine produces a different call list from a Kendall townhome with a stacked laundry pair in a closet, and both differ again from a Homestead house with a refrigerator working through August in the garage.

Homestead, FL

Homestead sits at the southern edge of Miami-Dade, where farm-country heat, salt air off Biscayne Bay and a long humid season all shorten the working life of kitchen and laundry appliances.
Florida City, FL

The last city before the Keys and the Everglades, Florida City runs hot and humid nearly year round, and it is a ten minute drive from our Homestead base.
Cutler Bay, FL

Much of Cutler Bay was rebuilt after Hurricane Andrew, so the housing stock is newer than its neighbors and the appliances in it follow a distinct pattern.
Palmetto Bay, FL

Large lots, mature tree canopy and a strong preference for built-in kitchens make Palmetto Bay one of the more demanding places we work, in the best sense.
Pinecrest, FL

Pinecrest kitchens are built around premium appliances, and the repair work here is closer to instrument servicing than to swapping parts.
South Miami, FL

A compact city of older homes and newer infill, South Miami asks for a repair approach that reads the age of the house as carefully as the age of the appliance.
