Welcome to The Appliance Repair Men

Twenty-four manufacturers. The list is fixed on purpose: these are the brands our technicians are trained and equipped for, and we would rather send you elsewhere than guess at an appliance we do not know.
It spans two quite different kinds of work. Mainstream laundry and kitchen appliances from Whirlpool, GE, LG, Samsung, Maytag, Frigidaire, Kenmore and Electrolux are volume repairs where the parts are well known and the decision is usually about whether the machine is worth the spend. Built-in and professional equipment from Thermador, Wolf, Viking, Miele, Liebherr, Monogram, La Cornue, Bertazzoni, Dacor, DCS, Asko, Fisher and Paykel, JennAir, KitchenAid, Bosch and U-Line is a different discipline: those appliances are built to run for twenty years or more, they are frequently integrated into custom cabinetry, and repairing one properly is nearly always the right answer.
Each brand page sets out what that manufacturer actually builds, the problems we meet most often on its appliances, and which of our services apply to it. If your brand is not on this list, we will tell you honestly on the phone rather than send someone who will be learning at your expense.
-
Asko
Asko builds stainless-lined laundry and dishwashing appliances around a welded steel frame, which is why a 15-year-old Asko is normally worth repairing rather than replacing.
-
Dacor
Dacor has built luxury kitchen appliances in California since 1965 and now sits inside the Samsung group, which means newer models mix Dacor cooking hardware with Samsung electronics.
-
DCS
DCS - Dynamic Cooking Systems - was born from commercial kitchen equipment and is now part of Fisher & Paykel. Its appliances are built for high heat and outdoor duty.
-
Electrolux
Electrolux covers the full kitchen and laundry line with a strong European engineering base, and shares many parts with Frigidaire on the North American platform.
-
Fisher & Paykel
Fisher & Paykel designs around modular, human-scale appliances - the DishDrawer being the clearest example - with direct-drive motors that avoid belts entirely.
-
GE
GE Appliances covers every category in the home, from entry-level laundry to Café and Profile kitchen suites, and parts availability is the best of any brand we service.
-
Bertazzoni
Bertazzoni has been a family manufacturer in Emilia-Romagna since 1882, and its ranges pair Italian burner design with color-forward enamelled cabinets.
-
Bosch
Bosch builds the quietest dishwashers on the US market, with Benchmark sitting at the top of the range.
-
Frigidaire
Frigidaire has been a household name since it built the first self-contained home refrigerator, and today offers dependable, widely-supported appliances across the kitchen and laundry.
-
KitchenAid
KitchenAid sits above Whirlpool in the same group and shares a lot of platform engineering, which keeps parts available while the finish and controls stay a step up.
-
Liebherr
Liebherr is a refrigeration specialist rather than a general appliance maker, and it shows: BioFresh drawers, precise humidity control and cabinets designed for decades of service.
-
Miele
Miele tests its appliances for a 20-year service life and builds them accordingly. Repair is almost always the right decision on a Miele, and parts support stretches back further than any other brand we handle.
-
Thermador
Thermador invented the wall oven and the built-in cooktop, and today builds one of the most complete luxury kitchen suites in America under the Bosch group.
-
U-Line
U-Line has specialized in undercounter refrigeration since 1962 - the ice machines, wine captains and beverage centers that go under a counter rather than against a wall.
-
Viking
Viking brought the commercial range into the home kitchen in 1987 and still builds heavy-gauge stainless cooking and refrigeration in Greenwood, Mississippi.
-
Wolf
Wolf builds the ranges, rangetops and wall ovens that professional cooks specify for home kitchens. Parts and documentation support are excellent.
-
JennAir
JennAir is the design-led luxury line inside the Whirlpool group, known for downdraft cooking and, more recently, the RISE and NOIR built-in collections.
-
Kenmore
Kenmore machines were manufactured by Whirlpool, LG, Frigidaire and others under a single retail badge, so the first move in any Kenmore repair is reading the model prefix to establish who actually built the appliance in front of us.
-
La Cornue
La Cornue has hand-built range cookers outside Paris since 1908. Each Château is made to order, so servicing one is as much about protecting the brass and enamel as about the repair itself.
-
LG
LG pushed direct-drive motors and linear compressors into the mainstream, and its ThinQ diagnostics can shorten a service call considerably when the appliance is registered.
-
Monogram
Monogram is GE's luxury built-in line, combining professional cooking hardware with the parts availability and documentation that GE is known for - an unusually practical luxury brand to own.
-
Maytag
Maytag built its reputation on commercial-grade laundry, and its current machines still use heavier-duty parts than most in their price class. Parts support through the Whirlpool group is excellent.
-
Samsung
Samsung leads on features - Family Hub screens, Flex Duo ovens, Bespoke panels - and its appliances need a technician who knows the firmware and diagnostic modes as well as the hardware.
-
Whirlpool
Whirlpool is the largest appliance manufacturer in the world and the platform behind KitchenAid, Maytag, JennAir and much of Kenmore. Its parts are the most available of any brand we work on.
