Welcome to The Appliance Repair Men
Call (844) 295-8572 seven days a week, or use the booking form in the sidebar at any hour.
The phone is the fastest route to an answer. Tell us the brand and what the appliance is doing, and in most cases we can say on the call whether the part is likely to be on the van, roughly what the repair involves, and when we could reach you. If the honest answer is that the machine is not worth repairing, you will hear that on the phone rather than after a visit.
Our address is 166 N Homestead Blvd, Homestead, FL 33030. It is a working base rather than a showroom, so there is nothing to visit and no counter to bring an appliance to. All of our work is done in your home.
Email reaches us at service@homesteadappliancerepairman.com. It is checked during working hours, so anything urgent should go to the phone instead.
Hours are Mon-Fri 8AM-8PM, Sat-Sun 9AM-6PM. We work across Homestead, Florida City, Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, South Miami and Kendall.
Questions people ask when they call
How soon can somebody get here?
Most calls placed before noon are answered the same day, and the rest are usually next day. You get a two hour arrival window rather than a morning or an afternoon, and a phone call if the day has run long. Homestead, Florida City and Cutler Bay are the shortest runs for us; Pinecrest, South Miami and Kendall sit at the far end of the route and are more often booked for the following morning.
What does the visit cost before anything is repaired?
There is no charge for the booking itself. The diagnostic charge is quoted when you call, it is the only amount you owe if you decide not to go ahead, and it is folded into the repair price if you do. Nothing is opened up until you have agreed a flat quote for the finished job.
What should I have ready?
Two things shorten the visit. The model number, which sits on the door frame, behind the kick plate or inside the drawer housing depending on the appliance. And a plain description of what the machine is doing rather than what you think has broken. "Warm on the fridge side, freezer still fine" narrows it far more than "it stopped working", and it often decides which part travels on the van.
Do you work on my brand?
We handle twenty-four: Asko, Bertazzoni, Bosch, Dacor, DCS, Electrolux, Fisher & Paykel, Frigidaire, GE, JennAir, Kenmore, KitchenAid, La Cornue, LG, Liebherr, Maytag, Miele, Monogram, Samsung, Thermador, U-Line, Viking, Whirlpool and Wolf. If yours is not on that list you will hear so on the call, not after a wasted visit.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Thirty days on our labor, printed on the invoice you are handed. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer gives them. If the same problem comes back inside those thirty days we return and put it right with no labor charge.
